The Covid-19 outbreak has Colorado home buyers & sellers on edge. For those needing to buy and sell their home, there is uncertainty on what steps to take next. Many agents have turned to 360 virtual tours to provide a way to showcase their seller's home, while still protecting them from buyers physically coming into their home.

Seller's agents can insist that potential buyers view their virtual tours completely before requesting to see the home. With the latest statement from the Division of Real Estate that showing a home in-person is no longer a critical activity, some agents are requiring them to tour the home virtually. Then make an offer before they physically see the home. Once the offer is accepted the buyers can visit the home with an Inspector and have the option at that time to terminate the contract.
